Vikki Butler is the backbone of reliability and efficiency at Renz Insurance Agency, serving as our Agency Producer, Customer Service & Operations Specialist. With a lifetime of professional experience and entrepreneurial drive, Vikki brings a level of wisdom, warmth, and tenacity that makes her an irreplaceable part of the #InsureRenz Dream Team.
Her career journey has included key roles such as a Bookkeeper, Office Manager, and an incredibly successful Small Business Owner. Vikki first met Jill and Dakota when she owned and operated a beloved video rental and ice cream shop—back when Dakota was just a baby. Their connection, rooted in a shared passion for female entrepreneurship and community service, has remained strong ever since and is evidenced by her daughter being Dakota's babysitter back in the day! Vikki later went on to launch her own retail boutique specializing in women's clothing and home décor, continuing her legacy as a local leader and businesswoman.
Now, Vikki applies that same entrepreneurial mindset and customer-first approach to our #RenzFarmersFamily. Since joining the team, she has been a breath of fresh air—streamlining our internal systems, enhancing operations, and helping us deliver even more dependable, responsive service to our clients.
Vikki is also a proud MommaBear to her loving husband, four children, and seven grandchildren, all of whom fuel her fierce dedication to both family and purpose-driven work. Outside of work you'll find her proudly cheering on her Kansas City Chiefs, on the boat fishing with her family and consistently reflecting her creativity in everything she puts her hands on! Her passion, professionalism, and heart for others are felt in everything she does—and we're beyond lucky to have her.
