Pake Schnetzky

Pake recently joined the #InsureRenz team as our Community Relations & Business Development Specialist, bringing with him 15 years of experience in the residential property management industry and a genuine passion for helping people. After spending much of his career working directly with people and navigating the ever-changing world of property management, Pake was ready for a new opportunity—one that would allow him to continue making a difference while embracing a new pace and a fresh challenge.

Since joining the team, Pake has quickly discovered one of his favorite things about insurance: no two days are the same. Whether he’s connecting with new clients, working alongside the knowledgeable #InsureRenz team, or getting to know existing clients, he enjoys the opportunity to build relationships and be part of a team that truly cares about helping people make informed decisions. His goal is simple—to make everyone who walks through our doors feel welcome, heard, and confident that they have a team in their corner to help them make insurance choices that best support their individual needs.

Originally from the small Eastern Oregon community of Enterprise, Pake has called several places home over the years, including Portland, Seattle, and Washington, D.C. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development and Family Sciences from Oregon State University and is also a Certified Tourism Ambassador for the Yakima Valley. His background and experiences have given him a strong appreciation for community, connection, and the importance of building lasting relationships.

Pake also has a deep interest in real estate that has grown throughout his years in property management. He enjoys the many facets of the industry—from the homes and properties themselves to the people, history, architecture, and stories behind them. That passion continues to be something he brings into his work and his connection with clients and the local community.

When he’s not in the office, you’ll likely find Pake working on a project around the house, tackling some yard work, planning his next road trip, camping, traveling, or enjoying the outdoors with friends and family. He has a particular appreciation for architecture, history, antiques, and wine—and is rarely far from his French Bulldog, Blanche, who is sure to steal the spotlight whenever given the opportunity.

At the heart of everything Pake does is a belief in fairness and equality for everyone. He brings that same mindset to his work each day, along with curiosity, enthusiasm, and a genuine desire to connect with the people and communities around him. We’re excited to have Pake on the team and look forward to the relationships and connections he’ll build along the way!
