Jill Whitman—affectionately known around here as Head "MommaBear"—has been a cornerstone of the #InsureRenz journey from day one. As our Agency Producer and Office Manager, Jill brings a lifetime of entrepreneurial spirit, compassion, and hands-on leadership to everything we do.
A proud mother of a beautifully blended family of seven children and two grandchildren, Jill is no stranger to juggling priorities and building something meaningful from the ground up. Before joining the insurance industry, she successfully owned and operated several small businesses, including a licensed childcare preschool, a family-run pizza restaurant & video rental store, and managing commercial & residential real estate —each one a testament to her dedication, resourcefulness, and strong work ethic.
Jill also spent time in the personal development and outreach field, connecting individuals with the resources and encouragement they needed to rise above hardship. That same heart for people continues to shine through in how she serves our clients today—always ready with a solution, a kind word, ready to listen and a warm welcome.
When she's not in the office, you'll find her cheering on the Seahawks, boating and fishing with her husband (& her friend Vikki!), vacationing with family, or simply soaking up life's everyday moments. Jill's presence brings steadiness, joy, and a true family feel to the Renz Insurance Agency.
